By accessing or using BoardPoint (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

BoardPoint provides:

• User-generated route information
• Landmark-based navigation guidance
• Guided journey tracking
• Community-based validation of routes

BoardPoint does not:

• Provide real-time traffic control
• Guarantee accuracy of all directions
• Replace official transportation authorities

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

BoardPoint allows users to submit routes, edit directions, add landmarks, and vote on accuracy.

By submitting content, you grant BoardPoint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, distribute, and display it.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Is accurate and not misleading
• Does not violate any laws
• Does not infringe third-party rights

BoardPoint uses voting systems, trust scoring, and moderation processes. We reserve the right to:

• Remove inaccurate content
• Suspend users who abuse the system
• Modify trust scores

BoardPoint may use location data to:

• Track journey progress
• Determine proximity to landmarks
• Provide off-course alerts

Users may disable location permissions, but functionality may be limited.

Users travel at their own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoardPoint shall not be liable for:

• Travel-related incidents
• Missed stops or delays
• Financial loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

All BoardPoint branding, logos, design elements, and platform architecture are the property of BoardPoint Technologies Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse or fraud
• Harmful behavior
• Repeated misinformation

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
